I am 20 years old,I am suffering from lower back pain,beacause of an accident while working out at gym ... I was taking treatment from a local doctor but I am not setisfied from the results...

You have disc herniation so better go first any neurosurgeon(can go to Dr.Sudhir Dubey/Dr.Karanjeet In Medanta medicity hospital gurgaon) & followed by proper physiotherapy. Regards-Dr.Gaurav Mohan from Physio Hut.

your back mri  is in very bad condition you mast avoid forward bend or gim and heavy weight   lifting and consult a good spine surgeon
