Hello, I have severe lower back pain since 3 months. The pain gets worse when I sit but after doing exercise, it instantly gets better. X-ray report shows its because of bad posture but I want to get rid of it asap. Please help!!!

Most of back problems in your age group are due to bad posture or other mechanical causes. As u notice that exercises make the pain better, it seems poor muscle tone is the culprit here. Please work on ur posture and improve tone of muscles by exercises. U l get better. Best wishes
