Low T3, T4 but normal TSH

I had a complete blood test and I found that my values for T3 and T4 are very low but TSH levels are normal. Please suggest. The same values are for last 2 months without any change. The values are: T3 < 0.1 T4 < 0.3 TSH 4.56
