Take wholewheat cereal( dalia,suji,atta) in three meals. Take soups(tomato, black chana, cauliflower with ginger and garlic). Take 1amla empty stmach. Eat whole pulses( Rajmah, Black chana, beans). Drink 10 glases of water and more imp thing you must walk for 30 mins.
