Hello practo user
I can understand your concerns regarding your overall health and well being . It seems like you are unable to manage your anger in a correct way and it's causing you these issues with others as well. Anger can hamper our interpersonal relationships as well. For better anger management try these tips -- do regular deep breathing and meditation as it helps calm the nerves , regular exercise keeps us energetic and happy this reducing anger and frustration , try and talk to others and explaining them the issues rather than reacting to situations , count backwards from 100-1 when you start getting upset ,have a glass of cold water or wash your face if possible , try and leave the situation or are to get a time out and then return back once you are cooled down.it is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
