Low bp and dizzy

2025-03-09 06:22:16
I get low bp often while sleeping in the afternoon 80/50, and dizzy while standing up? My TSH is increasing. Could this be thyroid related? Or any other issue.

1. You need to check for BP while sitting and standing. 2. You need to get all tests done for the whole thyroid profile. 3. 24 hours monitoring of bp is important. 4. Proper assesment of all associated symptoms. 5. ECG is required. 6. List of all medications and the diet you have been taking. 7. History of any illness. 8. All routine blood investigations must.

Your low BP and dizziness could be due to hypothyroidism (rising TSH), dehydration, or adrenal issues. Check Free T3, Free T4, Anti-TPO, and morning cortisol. Stay hydrated, increase salt intake, and stand up slowly. Consult an endocrinologist if symptoms persist.
