Low BMI and Very low fat

As you can see in image attached my body fat and bmi very low. I am feeling no power in hands muscle weakness. I'm very skinny plz help Me make some fat. plz suggest any supplement and diet plz..I'm very upset 2 3 days ago I found borderline high thyroid..
