Lost interest
Doc,
I have an upcoming exam in December and I have completely lost interest in studies.
This exam is very vital for me. Many at times I'm very confused with my career choices, mostly because I have a big responsibility to bear. My parents are retiring soon and I have to look after them. But I have not been able to do anything significant till now.
Sometimes it seems to me that maybe this course is not made for me but deep inside I know that it's a cakewalk for me,but still I can't help. I'm losing all my confidence and avoiding people. Please help.

Sometimes we just need to question ourselves in different manner not because we don’t trust ourselves but because we need to answer ourselves more clearly. I think speaking to a therapist can help you identify and gain your interest. Will be happy to help also
