Hello,
There could be a number of reasons for why you’re feeling this way- from physical reasons such as hormonal imbalance, lack pf adequate nutrition to personality and emotional issues. All of us may feel such a way from time to time depending on our circumstances, however it is important to see for how long you’ve been feeling this way, and if some stress or negative event could have triggered it. If it has been over a period of two months you must consult a doctor or any health professional.
Other than that a lot of people are naturally quiet, shy or introverted, and prefer being alone than being in large groups. However they don’t necessarily feel tired or lazy when it concerns doing something they like.
Next Steps
Try talking to your close and trusted friends or family members about whatever you find yourself thinking about, and see if sharing helps you feel lighter. Consult a general physician or a psychiatrist first to rule out any physical condition such
vitamin deficiencies, hormonal imbalance such as hypothyroidism,
liver weakness etc. They often present with symptoms such as low mood, lethargy, tiredness, lack of will to do anything, disturbed sleep, which are also symptoms of depression.
However in the absence of any physical causation, you need to see a clinical psychologist who can help you understand yourself better.
