Hi welcome - you need low calorie diet 1400-1800 calories max, avoiding rice or rice products but take while wheat like 2 roti twice ,dal soup,plenty of vegetables . do not take fast or junk,fried foods, no cream rich foods, bananas, grapes,coconut or dry fruits less. Sleep without nstress.some useful yoga you can go with for better results. Take calcium, zinc,b complex enough.
