I really need help in losing weight. I have gained a lot especially in lock down . I have a sitting job for 8 hrs no fixed schedule. Can't do hard diet. Can anyone help me in reducing weight. Weight, 88.4 Height 5'3

Hello dear according to your height your weight is more and need to reduce. You can loose weight with medicine but you need to do little diet with it also. I am sure it will be feasible for you. Let me know if you need assistance regarding the same

There are many reasons to put in weight. You are 33 years old.so there is possibility that your weight may be due to hormonal imbalance like in PCOS,hypothyroidism etc. Please get yourself checked for the same. Understand that Some diet control and exercise is surely needed for weight loss. If you take only medicine it will reduce your weight for some time but after that weight will be stagnant or increase more than before.
