Hi, I want to lose weight by 15kgs which i am unable to do because of my work schedule . How can i do that. Kindly help me with any diet plan.

Hi Avoid out side food completely. Also avoid fried food and sugar. Drink plenty of water Have your dinner early and keep it light Eat less rice, potatoes. Have a protein rich break fast every morning. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan Regards

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
