Lorinol 10mg containing Loratadine safe in pregnancy in third trimester. This was prescribed by a dermatologist as i am suffering from severe itching due to stretch marks. I also have gestational diabetes. I have been advised to take the oral medicines for 7 days and then stop. Please can you suggest if its safe Thanks in advance.

Yes you can use but itching in third trimester can be due to increase level of serum bile acids also. Get the levels checked
