The ideal way to loose weight is to have a well balanced diet predominantly rich in proteins and a good workout everyday. Also the weight loss should be gradual - about 2-3kgs per month. Sudden weight loss is not good for health. Try to be patient as reducing weight is a gradual process. It cannot happen suddenly. Also try avoiding foods having high carbohydrates like rice curd sweets and other junk foods. Try to have a protein and fibre rich diet like egg whites boiled chicken vegetables pulses. Ideally consult a dietician at any hospital who can draw you well planned schedule
