My lips become dry frequently... why it is happening through out the year? please mention all the reasons...

its because of various factors lip dry out regarding your age would be because of dehydration,vitamin deficiency,over stressed.

It's mainly because of less intake of water , try to sip water frequently and apply some lip balm or vaseline on your lips.
