My lipoprotein level is 37.6 .. and cholesterol LDL is 134 .. how to reduce it. And is it harmful.. please suggest

Ldl cholesterol is just border line high, but if this persists or repeatedly come high, it does need treatment. Do you have any other health issue? Get complete lipid profile done.
