Lighter periods since a year

Hi, i started getting lighter periods a year back, It went from 3 days to 1.5-2.  i consulted a doctor and was asked get my CBC, Hba1c, tsh and serum prolactin tested. All of these came normal. She asked me to take FolMF123 supplements. The flow increased while taking these but then went back to the same situation. Now again when i contacted her, she asked me to do the same test along with USG of pelvis. The testz are normal again. The ultrasound result says polycystic pattern in both ovaries. My gyaneac said it will be reversed with diet and exercise. I have been under a lot of stress since last 8-9 months. She says this could be the main reason for my issue. Please advise.

Since your tests are already normal and the scan shows a PCOS type pattern, lighter flow is often explained by that hormonal pattern itself rather than stress alone.
Next Steps
Continue following up with your gynaecologist, as the diet and lifestyle changes suggested typically take a few months to show effect.
Health Tips
If flow changes further or periods stop altogether, please go back for a re-evaluation.

It was purely coincidental that taking folic  supplements Increased the flow You need to understand that there is no medicine that you can increase the flow of bleeding during your periods Pcos patient tend to have less flow if they do not exercise or if the body mass index is on the higher range The only pathological reason for less flow during period is hypothyroidism n you say that you have checked your thyroid levels twice and they are normal Also stress is not the reason for the less flow during periods
