Lack of iron and vitamin A

I am suffering from a gray hair problem. Also i have a weak eye-sight. Dr. Told me that i have a lack of iron and vitamin A. Please tell me what kind of food should i take and on what time it must be taken.

Hi, Carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, broccoli are rich in vitamin A. Beetroot, spinach, pomegranate, dates are rich in iron. You can have more of these foods to beat your deficiencies. Regards
