Ksharsutra ligation, when performed for Internal Piles, is usually painless. However, when external hemorrhoids are ligated some amount of pain is there which is tolerable and managed by taking painkillers. This pain usually reduces by 3rd to 4th day. Consult your treating specialist and if the problem still persists please come for 2nd opinion at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute. Please contact reception for the support and appointment.
