Knee twist ACL tear, Do I need surgery

Hello sir, I had a knee twist and I had an MRI scan, and the result is Near complete / high grade partial tear of femoral attachment and mid substance anterior cruciate ligament with few indistinct intact fibers of posterolateral bundle. Minimal anterior tibial translation of 6.5 mm noted Do I need to go for Surgery ?
