Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area

Strengthening exercises are very important for ACL rehabilitation... Propriceptive training followed by functional training like cycling slimming etc. Cont.with advance training then definitely you will get better results in 1-2 months

Hi.. After your acl  surgery, you need to undergo good rehabilitation to get back your strength.. Kindly get your knee assessed by a good physio and start your rehabilitation.. you will definitely be gaining strength and full function..
