Apply ice pack twice a day for 15mins or Apply diclofenac ointment and cover it with a cotton cloth for 10mins, clean it with warma water following hot water fermentation. Avoid movements that gives pressure to the knee joint take rest for 2 days, the pain will get reduced. Also you can visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and taking ultrasound therapy will also reduce pain.
