My aunt has knees pain , inflammation and not able to move leg properly . Has Pain in knee while walking.

Clinical complaints is not mentioned properly, as onset of the issue is not mentioned(since how many days/month). But assuming as acute case of arthritis. 1. Rest 2. Contrast bath( Hot and cold water therapy) helps in reducing 3. Do isometric knee exercises ( pressing knee down to pillow , keep pillow under knee) 4.Stretch for hip,knee & legs( glutes, hamstring, calf muscle)

Avoid prolong standing, any squats movement inflammation faster. Avoid putting knee brace all time as this makes muscle more inactive.

Hi..  Firstly you can apply cold pack thrice a day if not diabetic. ..  Place two pillows under the knees while sleeping..  Minimize standing work and  walking..  After the pain comes down you can consult online for better suggestions and explanations..

As per the age, its common to get knee pain, apply diclofenac ointment and hot water fermentation twice a day to reduce knee pain for the moment. Prolonged standing, twisting must be avoided, calcium rich diet is required. Take Ultrasound therape for a week or 10 dsys and later with knee strengthening exercises it can be reduced.

Could be the beginning stage of Arthritis. Apply Ice pack , rest , try to avoid cross leg sitting and stair climbing. Consult an Orthopaedician or Physical therapist
