Knee issue if i walk daily 9-10 kms

I used to walk 8-10 kms daily... will it cause knee problems in future... some collesgues/friends told me that there may be issue with knee collage.... please suggest whether how much kms daily a person should walk for fitness... can i use some medicine for knee collagen

No, it is okay to walk for 10 km if you are comfortable with it.

Along with walking it is also essential to do full range of motion exercises of the knee ie full bending and full straightening. The length of walking does not matter that much. Jogging or running on hard surface like a pavement can cause problems so it’s best to jog or run on grass
