Suffering from Kienböck disease stage 2 going to stage 3, please suggest any non surgical treatment.

Always a nonsurgical treatment with cast  is tried for 3 months  due to unknown nature of this disease. Hence not to worry. Avoid any heavy work with this wrist in plaster
