I am 25 yrs old and i take Avaatar's Isolate Whey Protein after my workout. Is it steroids free? And is it completely safe?

Add in diet some dietary protein such as lean meat, poultry , eggs and buttermilk, curd , yogurt, tofu, soya, cottage cheese. If possible shift to homemade protein if you just want to healthy lifestyle.

Hi As far my knowledge goes iv never seen any Whey protein containing steroids in them However, I’m unaware of this brand Avataar Isolate whey instead as per my experience Isopure Whey protein Isoltae is perfectly balanced to help your muscles grow
