I weigh 88kgs . My height is 5.7 . My protein consumption is 80gms per day. But this includes 1 scoop of whey protein. Is it say to use whey protein? I had kidney enlargement years back because of UTI  Never did ultra sound after that. My liver kidney profile was normal in October 2021
