I am on medication multivitamins and Bestozyme Syrup from last 15days since 2 days I am getting pain lower abdomen before Bowel Movement near Bladder I am feeling Urine Burning and painful urination and Pain Before Bowel after it reduces I have acidity problem age 23 mild fever Bowel Colour is Yellow Brown No blood in stool no diarrhoea no hard stool as I just want to know is this side effects of medication or I am Constipated? I have something Anal Pain I feel fullness
