Is this blood clotting

Hello doctor, i had done blood test yesterday, today when i removed the bandage which was applied after the blood test. I'm seeing this. Is it blood clot? It's not painful, however it aches sometime, please help

It is Bruises after a blood draw ,very common and will go away on their own as the body reabsorbs the blood. The bruise is caused by damage to a few small blood vessels during the blood draw process.
Next Steps
Apply ice packs, wrapped in a cloth, to the affected site for 10 minutes 2-3 times

Its actually healed wound, no worries its looking like bruise but it isn't exactly that. Might ache at times and will itch in 2 3 days. However it doesn't look like a blood test wound... If its something else and you want guidance you may consult.
