Is gastritis, acidity, acid reflux same? What's the difference between each of them? I see gelusil mentions antacid, antigas liquid. Can anyone explain?

Gastritis is a medical diagnosis. Acidity/ burning sensation/ tightness of abdomen,etc  is in lay people word. Acid reflux is regurgitation of stomach fluid in oesophagus . Antacid is different than antigas
