Hi I am facing irregular periods from this month only spotting and very scanty period one week also my amh is very low trying to conceive please help

Just mere AMH values are not enough and not very specific,we need to know other parameters also,sonography and TSH are some baseline tests u need to get done and consult gynecologist.
