Hello I am 13 weeks pregnant my dr. Started iron and calcium tablets but I was taking them together, i didn't know they're supposed to be taken at different times will they have any side effects on my body or baby? When is the best time to take iron and calcium?

No side effects in ur body or baby Some calcium supplements prevent the absorption of iron Hence what u hv taken may not hv been absorbed Iron after lunch Calcium after dinner
