There can be different reasons of leg pain.need proper history and evaluation. But as per your symptoms it is proper scitica pain. Use pain'relieving gel or ointment like volini gel or diclofenac gel.
Use hot bag or ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min.
Back Strengthening exercises.
Back extension exercises.
Stretching back,hamsrting, calf., piriform .
