Intermittent fasting is not good to go longer with it. She must have to stop continuing it further. I need her age and height to suggest for a ideal body weight according to the BMI. The reason for weight gain is may be nutritional deficiencies. She can be malnourished by continue following intermittent fasting.

she should take a proper balanced diet regularly. instead of intermittent fasting she can fast weekly once or twice but that should not be a complete fast.
