Look frankly speaking what you are doing isn’t an intermittent fasting at all as I.F needs a eating window if 8 hours and fasting of 16 hours if u reduce or increase the time window it is of no help trust me. Also it’s very personalised when it comes to high hs-corp, triglycerides & LDL bcoz your eating pattern cannot define how you can lower ur lipid profile but actually the content of your meals decide the same
Next Steps
Firstly you must in-detail describe your eating pattern with meal details along with any related medication , hydration and sleeping pattern It would be highly recommended if you can consult me online through Practo or any qualified professional who can help you to bring down your lipid profile by working around your diet & lifestyle
