You can practice a good sleep hygiene. Sleep and wake up at fixed time. Avoid caffeinated drinks and beverages. Restrict intake of sugary foods in evening. Do some deep breathing and relaxing exercises. Do regular physical activity.Practice yoga meditation. If still you don’t get relief then please seek a Psychiatrist consultation for Sleep disorder.
