Insomnia and lack of energy

I have difficulty falling asleep. It's been like this since a week. I am not able to make decisions, focus or have any energy to work during the day  Please help.

Dear mam Thank you for your query. Is there anything that has been worrying you? Are you under stress because of something. If yes, then dealing with that can be beneficial please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation to understand this further. The assessment will also involve relevent physical examination and tests to rule out any physical cause for these symptoms. Also a detailed psychological assessment to understand what is causing these. Feeling sad, lack of energy, low concentration level, disturbed sleep can all occur in mental health issues like depression. So please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation. Difficultly in falling asleep , lack on energy could be because of stress, anxiety ,overthinking or depression. Hello, These can be symptoms of depression. Depression symptoms include feeling low all the time, loss of interest in previous pleasurable activity, crying spells, feeling lonely, difficulty in concentration, sleep disturbance, low in energy, tiredness, loss of confidence, hopeless, helpless, worthless feeling and sometime even suicidal ideas persistently over a period of time.
