If your cyst is present even now first and foremost I'd to remove cyst and infection do socket grafting if bone is not good and then go for implant. You won't feel much pain if your infection is not huge

Hello The surgery may not be painful while the procedure procedure is going on because it is done under local anesthesia The post treatment medication used to be used to prevent any further infection and pain The success of the implant depends upon how you maintain the hygiene and follow post operative instructions If all the instructions are followed, carefully and order hygienist maintained, the risk of infection is very low

Implant surgery is usually not painful during the procedure as it is done under local anesthesia. After surgery, mild pain, swelling, or discomfort for a few days is normal and can be easily managed with prescribed medicines. Since the cyst has been completely removed and the area cleaned before bone grafting, the risk of infection is very low. With proper healing time, medications, and oral hygiene, implants placed after cyst removal are safe and successful. Regular follow-ups are important to monitor healing

Dear Patient, Your text looks confusing if you already have implant on T#21 or you are looking for Implant in T#21. It appears from your questions that you are looking for an implant placement in T#21. FYI implant placement is a totally painless procedure done under local anesthesia. Also if you already have undergone multiple far more invasive procedures like cyst removal, Implant procedure is just 10- 15 percent of that. So to answer your question, during procedure you dont have any pain. After procedure depending on the current situation if good bone already present then minimal discomfort for few days and doctor prescribes you antibiotic and painkiller for that. If bone is deficient and bone expansion or grafting is needed then discomfort may be present for 10-12 days. Post that if you follow instructions like salt water rinses,  hygiene maintenance.  Gums become ok. And after few months you can get final tooth over that
Next Steps
when you are absolutely ready to undergo the dental implant procedure, get a 3d CBCT scan done and ask doctor to check available bone and plan procedure
Health Tips
you can start doing salt water rinses and alcohol free mouthwash for a smooth recovery before and after procedure also if you are a smoker and planning implant. quit smoking for at least 2 weeks prior. Hope this helps ! All the best

Hello, Implant placement is usually not painful during the procedure. Mild pain or swelling can occur for a few days after, which is manageable with medicines. If the cyst has been properly removed and bone grafting is done, the risk of infection is low. Following post-operative instructions and oral hygiene is important. Take care, hope this helps.
