This is not scurvy. Clinical picture of scurvy will be worse...with severe bleeding from reddened gums. The yellowish stains which you see in the deep crevices of your adjacent teeth indicates that there could mild infection in your gums, called gingivitis.
Next Steps
Get a professional cleaning (scaling and polishing) done by a dental practitioner.
Health Tips
During scaling, there might be some bleeding from your gums, but you need not worry.

Relax.. It's simple gingivitis. Get a comprehensive Scaling of your teeth done. Vitamin C deficiency can be additional cause. But first of all you need Scaling and polishing. Then you need to start a mouthwash. Get chlorhex plus mouthwash. Take one cap of mouthwash and one cap of water. Rinse for 2-3 minutes and then don't eat or drink anything for next 20 minutes. To be done twice a day.
Next Steps
Visit a nearby dentist
