You can't increase your height. If it has to happen it will happen on its own.

Increasing height is possible but it's tough journey. 1) I won't recommend Growth hormone shots as it might reduce your insulin secretion and thus you will get more prone to diabetes. 2) go for jogging daily at least for more than a hour. 3) hit the gym 4) try to do pull ups more and if possible stay in hanging position for at least 2min *3reps twice daily. 5) eat healthy foods. Take protein diet. Consult for more detailed approach

Yes increasing height might be possible, visit an endocrinologist and get a shot of growth hormone HGH administered under strict monitoring. Dont fall for petty marketing gimmicks like magnetic shoes and height increasing capsule they dont work. Go to gym and work out ,workout will increase levels of growth hormone in the body. And you may gain some height Take tablet codliver oil( seven seas) and drink milk/born vita dosent increase height instead take multivitamin tablet daily once Practice certain poses of yogansana to increase height 2) surgical option is also available (elizaro technique) bit i will not recommend it unless you are highly desperate. Your height will increase by 6 inches but there are risks and complications to this method

After 19–20, height increase is mostly limited as growth plates close. You can still: Improve posture (yoga, physiotherapy) Ensure good nutrition (Vitamin D, calcium, protein) Check hormones (rare GH therapy if deficient) Sleep well, exercise regularly

Hi, Growth depends on a lot of factors. One can have a late or early growth spurt. No amount of medications can help with that unless someone has a hormonal insufficiency which is picked before the age of 16-18. It's not impossible to have a bit of an increase in height after 20 years also. Ensure you take a balanced protein rich diet, put in a good amount of exercise and hope for the best Don't please ever resort to surgery for an increase in height. It's not fair to put your body through that.
