Falling sick frequently could be a sign of low immunity, nutritional deficiencies or stress. It's very important to focus on nutrient-rich foods that will naturally support your immune system. Here is what you can do to build your immunity: - Include a variety of fruits and vegetables especially rich in vitamin c like amla, guava, bell peppers and leafy greens which will help support your immune system. - Include healthy fats such as nuts and seeds which will help absorb fat soluble vitamins like A,D and E which improve your immune system. - Include more protein in your diet such as lentils, tofu, paneer, and milk which will support antibody production. - Exercise regularly as it will help build a stronger immune system. - Drink enough water and sleep adequately which will help your recover better.

Hi, I understand your concern — frequent fever, cold, cough, and mouth ulcers are often linked to weak immunity, nutritional gaps, and sometimes hidden deficiencies (like Vitamin B12, D3, or iron), especially in vegetarian diets. However, since this is recurring and draining your energy, it would be best to review your complete diet, lifestyle, and medical history in detail. A personalized diet plan can help identify root causes and boost your immunity naturally.
