I am diabetic My dentist extracted My 3rd molar teeth on 27th December he said he will extract my root on 4th is it bad or ok what should I do

Hi, Removal of the entire tooth is important as there is a possibility of infection if the root is left behind. Get the root removed as soon as possible.
