Immense pain

My thigh muscles along with calf muscles pains a lot. Sometimes it pinches as if something hitting hard from inside.

Disc bulge in low back causes such pain, Manual physiotherapists can push the disc, back to it's normal place Good luck

your weight is 80 ....I think over weight reduce that....change your posture when you do work ,don't strain prolonged time. dont lift any weight....icing will reduce the pain..don't drive two wheeler too much...

As you said "Thigh and calf muscles" It must be back or outer Thigh. Pinching and hitting are the signs of impinged nerve. Consult with an ortho doctor for your lower back Before that you should give enough rest and icing on your lower back.
