IBS problem

From past more than 1 year I am facing a issue of IBS... whenever I go to get fresh it always comes as a diarrhoea... from past 1 yr I have put on so much weight might a water fluid in body..... all these is after because like 2years ago I tested positive for herpes. Ian r done a blood test and my reports also not good my liverkidney and cbc are having problems... Can anyone suggest me something for these...
