It's been a month I can't sleep, nights going without sleep. Weakness had sleeping pills still no sleep at all. Want to sleep so much of stress in the mind of nothing, I'm doing fine but I want to sleep I can't sleep something goes on in my mind I can't sleep. It's been more than a month. Please consult help me a doctor I'm at menopause stage.
Hi. Due to hormonal changes it may have caused in you. Do some simple exercises twice a day. Meditate for 15mns. Visualize nature in any way. Do some morning walk.
