Fever for past 5 days morning and night 101F , taking antibiotics and dolo still fever not going away along with body pain and cough Took blood test C Reactive protein was 46 Please check my report I've attached Is something wrong what do I do

There are a number of reasons for High grade fever with are associated with chills/Rigour This needs a detailed history and some specific tests based on the medical History
