Can take Injection Teriperatide for 3 months, Calcium tablets and calcium rich diet like Sesame seeds, Finger Millets, Almonds, Dates, Milk, Eggs, Spinach, Apricots, Dry Figs, Oranges should help you. If bone grafting is already done, will have to wait for fracture to heal! There is no further treatment but to wait and watch how the fracture heals with time.

Considering your age and bone grating with internal fixation it's heading towards healing. Allow nature to do its job. be patience

Plate selection is poor and less screw on either side of fracture.. Anyway now it is looking better but for comparison, previous xray are required
