I have pain in my neck muscles

I have pain in my neck muscles for 10 days. I get random headaches what should I do for this? Will any pain killer help.

Forget Pain Killers,they offer only temporary relief, Your pain, could be due to disc bulge at neck,which can be pushed back to it's normal place,with manual physiotherapy, Good luck

Consult a good physiotherapist near u so tht u cn visit him on regular basis...he shud be near to ur home so tht u dnt hv to travel far... Go fr pain relieving modalities frst n thn strt doing the exs which the physiotherapist will prescribe u...
