Possible reasons for SGPT rise could be alcoholic liver inflammation, non alcoholic liver inflammation, viral infections (Hep B, Hep C - chronic causes) amongst many others. If you are asymptomatic and this was picked up incidentally it is not cause of much worry as this is not a significant rise in titre.
Next Steps
If you are asymptomatic. Repeat SGOT SGPT after 3 days from a different lab. If high please consult physician/gastroenterologist for further management If symptomatic consult immediately

You have not got any tests for Hepatitis B and C. Liver functions may be disturbed due to many problems apart from Hepatitis B and C. Please seek a proper consultation for further clarification.
