I had a very small dog bite above my phant, I have take my first vaccine whether I have to take further vaccines as well. The photo of vaccine taken and dog bite is provided below. The medical shop guy has said one vaccine is enough but doctor suggested 3 what to do in this case?

Hello, I am Dr. Souvik Biswas, in your case I will advise you to wash the area with soap and water and you can apply betadine as this kills the rabies virus. Do not squeeze or cut the area. Keep an eye over the dog for 14 days. Always be serious with the dog bite marks, small or big. As you will not get any second chance after being infected with the rabies virus. Take - Inj. TT, Inj. Kidly take idrv 4 doses ir imrv 5 doses …days 0,3,7,14,28. Its a cat 3 wound so erig must also be taken arond the wound. Hope you thoroughly cleaned the wound with soap and water
